All of our services are provided in individual and group format and they include: therapy, skills counseling, peer support and case management.



Therapy (or psychotherapy) is the process of working with a licensed therapist or counselor to develop positive thinking and coping skills to treat specific mental health conditions like depression or anxiety, trauma, or simply the daily human challenges we all face. ( At MCC, we offer individual, children, and couples therapy.



Group therapy, is a type of psychological therapy that is conducted with a group of people. Usually, people in the group are facing similar issues, like anxiety or addiction, parents of children who have been sexually molested and domestic violence survivors.


Skills Counseling

The main purpose of skills counseling is to aid the client’s treatment to recover and function at their optimal capacity by utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques. Skills counselors aid the therapeutic process by engaging the clients in practicing the skills they learned in therapy.


Family Support Services

Family Support Services offers support, education, and advocacy to individuals and their families. Family Support Services include Peer Support and Case Management.


Telehealth Counseling

Telehealth is a more affordable, convenient, and discrete method of receiving mental health services. We offer all of our services in person and through telehealth.

We offer substance use evaluations ordered by the court along with the therapy services to fulfill treatment. We also offer substance use outpatient services to individuals who have substance abuse problems and their family members.
