Therapy
Therapy (or psychotherapy) is the process of working with a licensed therapist or counselor to develop positive thinking and coping skills to treat specific mental health conditions like depression or anxiety, trauma, or simply the daily human challenges we all face. Skills Counseling
The main purpose of skills counseling is to aid in clients treatment to recover and function at their optimal capacity by learning about their mental illness, empowerment, building self-esteem and confidence, connecting with themselves and others, and gaining meaningful life by learning essential skills, using a holistic approach
Telehealth Counseling
Telehealth is a more affordable, convenient and discrete method of receiving therapy. We offer this service for individual and couples.

We offer the therapy services to those who have substance abuse problems, victims of crime and their families to help them cope with the substance use disorders or trauma of being either a victim or a witnests of a crime.
Immigration
The Immigration Services Departmen assists individuals and families in their immigration process. If your attorney has requested that you obtain a psychological assessment from an immigration assessment clinician, we are here to help you with these services. We have a vast experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
